Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- have a government-issued ID if delivering by bicycle or on foot
- be at least 19 years old if delivering by car or scooter
- have a 2-door or 4-door vehicle if delivering by car
- possess a valid driver’s license if delivering by car or scooter
- submit Social Security number for background check
- have a motorized scooter under 50cc if delivering by scooter
- choose appropriate transportation method during signup
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- valid driver’s license if delivering by car or scooter
- familiarity with Moreno Valley and surrounding areas
- excellent communication skills
- ability to use smartphone technology and Uber app
- physical ability to bike or walk for deliveries if applicable
- prior delivery or customer service experience beneficial
Job Duties
- Deliver food orders promptly and efficiently
- maintain excellent customer service and communication
- ensure safe handling and transportation of food items
- navigate routes using Uber's app and GPS technology
- adhere to all local traffic and safety regulations
- manage time effectively to maximize earnings
- maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of delivery equipment
