Job Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years old for car or scooter delivery
- Must be at least 18 years old for bicycle or foot delivery
- Have a valid driver’s license if delivering by car or scooter
- Own a 2-door or 4-door car for car delivery
- Own a motorized scooter under 50cc for scooter delivery
- Have a government-issued ID for bicycle or foot delivery
- Submit Social Security number for background check
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license for the mode of transportation chosen
- Ability to use a smartphone and navigate using GPS
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of local geography and traffic patterns
- Previous delivery or driving experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with Uber Eats platform and related technology
Job Duties
- Deliver food and goods promptly and safely to customers
- Manage delivery schedules and routes efficiently
- Use Uber Eats application to accept and complete delivery requests
- Maintain communication with customers and Uber support when necessary
- Follow all traffic, safety, and local regulations during delivery
- Handle food orders with care to ensure quality upon arrival
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout delivery process
