Job Requirements
- At least 19 years old with a 2-door or 4-door car and valid driver’s license for car delivery
- At least 19 years old with a motorized scooter under 50cc and valid driver’s license for scooter delivery
- At least 18 years old with a government-issued ID for bicycle or foot delivery
- Submit Social Security number for background check
- Reliable smartphone to use the Uber app
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Independent contractor status
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license for car, scooter delivery, or government-issued ID for bicycle or foot delivery
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle, scooter, bicycle, or walk for deliveries
- Familiarity with the Uber Eats app and basic smartphone usage
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage flexible schedules
- Background check clearance
- Minimum age of 18 years for bicycle or foot delivery, 19 years for car or scooter delivery
Job Duties
- Make timely deliveries to customers using the Uber Eats platform
- Maintain communication with customers to provide delivery updates
- Follow safety and traffic regulations while operating vehicle or transportation method
- Manage scheduling to optimize earning potential
- Use the Uber app for navigation and order management
- Handle customer service inquiries politely and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of delivery vehicle or equipment
