To get started, you must meet basic age and identification requirements, such as being at least 19 years old for car or scooter delivery and 18 for bicycle or foot delivery, and have a valid government-issued ID or driver's license. Delivering with Uber enables you to be your own boss with no minimum hourly commitment. You have the freedom to accept orders that fit your schedule and earning goals. The app's intuitive interface provides navigation assistance and payment tracking, making the job more manageable with every delivery.
Moreover, Uber welcomes drivers from diverse backgrounds and driving industries, including those with prior experience in bus, trucking, taxi, limousine, catering, or commercial driving. The opportunity is also attractive to existing rideshare drivers who want to supplement their income by delivering food.
