Job Requirements
- minimum age of 18 years for bicycle or foot delivery
- minimum age of 19 years for car or scooter delivery
- valid driver’s license for car and scooter deliveries
- access to a 2-door or 4-door car if delivering by car
- motorized scooter under 50cc if delivering by scooter
- pass a background check with Social Security number submission
- smartphone capable of running the Uber app
Job Qualifications
- valid driver’s license if delivering by car or scooter
- government-issued ID if delivering by bicycle or on foot
- ability to use smartphone apps efficiently
- good communication skills
- basic knowledge of Cupertino geography
- ability to handle deliveries independently
- prior driving or delivery experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- accept delivery requests via the Uber app
- pick up food orders from partner restaurants
- deliver orders promptly to customers
- manage multiple deliveries efficiently
- communicate with customers and support teams as needed
- ensure food safety and order accuracy
- maintain a clean and operational delivery vehicle or equipment
