Job Requirements
- at least 19 years old for car or scooter delivery
- at least 18 years old for bicycle or on foot delivery
- a valid driver’s license for car or scooter delivery
- a motorized scooter under 50cc if delivering by scooter
- a 2-door or 4-door car if delivering by car
- government-issued ID for bicycle or on foot delivery
- must submit Social Security number for background check
Job Qualifications
- valid driver’s license (if delivering by car or scooter)
- ability to use a smartphone and the Uber app
- good knowledge of local roads and neighborhoods
- excellent time management skills
- customer service experience is a plus
- reliable transportation (car, scooter, bicycle, or on foot)
- must meet minimum age requirements as per delivery mode
Job Duties
- accept delivery requests via the Uber app
- pick up food from restaurants promptly
- deliver orders accurately and on time
- maintain communication with customers and support team
- ensure safety and compliance with traffic laws
- manage earnings and schedule flexibly
- provide excellent customer service
