Job Requirements
- be at least 19 years old to deliver by car or scooter
- be at least 18 years old to deliver by bicycle or on foot
- have a valid driver’s license in your name if delivering by vehicle
- own a 2-door or 4-door car for vehicle delivery
- have a motorized scooter under 50cc if delivering by scooter
- possess a government-issued ID if delivering by bicycle or on foot
- submit social security number for background screening
- comply with Uber’s standards and policies
Job Qualifications
- valid driver’s license for delivery by car or scooter
- ability to operate a vehicle or bicycle safely
- good navigation and time management skills
- excellent communication and customer service abilities
- familiarity with local area and traffic patterns
- experience with smartphone technology and app navigation
- ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Job Duties
- deliver food orders promptly and accurately to customers
- navigate city streets efficiently using GPS and Uber app
- provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers
- manage delivery logistics including pickup and drop-off of items
- maintain professionalism and ensure safety while driving or riding
- use the Uber Eats app to track orders and manage earnings
- comply with local traffic laws and Uber community guidelines
