Job Requirements
- Be at least 19 years old to deliver by car or scooter
- Be at least 18 years old to deliver by bicycle or on foot
- Have a valid driver’s license for car or scooter delivery
- Own a 2-door or 4-door vehicle if delivering by car
- Have a motorized scooter under 50cc if delivering by scooter
- Provide a Social Security number for background screening
- Pass a background check
- Have a government-issued ID if delivering by bicycle or on foot
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license (for drivers using cars or scooters)
- Government-issued ID (for bicycle or foot delivery)
- Ability to use smartphone apps proficiently
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of local area and traffic regulations
- Prior delivery or driving experience preferred but not required
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Deliver food and other items to customers in a timely manner
- Use the Uber app to accept and manage delivery requests
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of deliveries
- Maintain communication with customers and Uber support
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and maps
- Adhere to local traffic laws and safety regulations
- Manage multiple deliveries and routes effectively
