HD Supply is a leading distributor of maintenance, repair, and operations products, providing essential services and products to professional customers across various industries. As a well-established wholesale distribution company, HD Supply is dedicated to meeting the needs of its customers by ensuring reliable, efficient product delivery and exceptional customer service. The company prides itself on fostering a diverse and inclusive culture where every associate’s contributions are valued and respected. HD Supply offers a supportive work environment and emphasizes safety, quality, and professionalism in all aspects of its operations.

We are currently seeking a Delivery Driver to join our dedicated team. This role involves making deliveries to customers using a company-provided or rental vehicle, typically a box truck or similar vehicle, within a designated service area. The Delivery Driver will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's high standards for customer service by ensuring timely, safe deliveries and communicating effectively with customers regarding their orders. The position requires operating vehicles safely and adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations while performing material handling duties, including loading and unloading merchandise using powered and non-powered equipment.

The Delivery Driver will be responsible for conducting pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with Department of Transportation regulations and company policies. This role also requires maintaining accurate records of deliveries and vehicle inspections, updating customers on delivery status, and coordinating with the distribution center to handle delivery interruptions such as traffic delays or missing orders. Strong communication skills and the ability to provide polite, professional customer service are essential.

This position is a full-time role that typically involves regular physical exertion, including walking, lifting heavy or awkward materials, stooping, standing, and maneuvering equipment. Occasional overnight travel may be required, generally less than 10% of the time. HD Supply continuously monitors Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs) and requires all Delivery Drivers to maintain an acceptable driving record and possess a valid driver’s license. The ideal candidate will have prior experience delivering merchandise with a box truck or similar vehicle, operate material handling equipment safely for over one year, and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

At HD Supply, we value diversity, equity, and inclusion and strive to create a respectful workplace that supports every associate’s growth and success. We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer, ensuring all qualified applicants receive fair consideration without discrimination. If you are a safety-conscious, customer-focused individual with a strong work ethic and experience in wholesale distribution, join us as a Delivery Driver and contribute to our mission to deliver quality products and services to our customers.
