The current opportunity is for motivated Delivery Drivers who can join on either a full-time or part-time basis. Candidates do not need a Commercial Driver's License (CDL), making the position accessible for a wide range of applicants. Drivers will be working on flexible schedules, typically featuring a 4-day workweek with shifts lasting from 7 to 10 hours, providing an excellent work-life balance. The salary range is competitive, between $21.50 and $22.75 per hour, supplemented by several quality benefits including paid time off, medical and dental insurance, and a 401k retirement plan.

In this role, drivers will operate company-provided vehicles such as Transit, Sprinter, or Promaster vans after appropriate training. They will be responsible for loading, delivering, and unpacking packages throughout the Santa Fe community while adhering strictly to traffic laws and company guidelines. The role requires physical stamina as drivers need to lift packages weighing up to 70 pounds. Drivers will work independently but remain an integral part of a cohesive team, providing assistance as needed and sharing valuable feedback with management for route optimizations.
