Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old (21+ to deliver alcohol)
- Have access to a car, scooter, or bicycle (in select cities)
- Possess a valid driver’s license number
- Provide a social security number (US only)
- Have consistent access to a smartphone
- Successfully verify identity and eligibility according to DoorDash standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license or government-issued ID
- Familiarity with local streets and navigation apps
- Ability to operate a vehicle, scooter, or bicycle
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to use a smartphone and mobile app proficiently
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
Job Duties
- Deliver meals, groceries, and retail orders efficiently and professionally
- Manage pick-up and drop-off of orders using the DoorDash app
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
- Navigate local areas safely and promptly
- Maintain communication with customers and support teams as needed
- Ensure compliance with all local delivery regulations and DoorDash policies
- Handle cash out and payment processes through the DoorDash app
