This is a commission-driven role based in Miami, offering competitive earning potential ranging between $800 to $1,100 per week, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package. The delivery driver is responsible for ensuring that each piece of furniture arrives at the customer’s home safely, professionally, and efficiently, supporting the overall customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat purchases.\n\nKey responsibilities include the careful delivery and installation of furniture using proper handling techniques to prevent damage and personal injury, pre-delivery inspection of products to ensure parts and materials are complete, and driving company vehicles safely. Drivers also maintain open communication with customers by providing timely delivery windows and updating the Customer Care Department regarding any delivery changes. In addition to executing daily deliveries, Delivery Drivers may assist in the distribution center with loading and unloading and are expected to promote teamwork and coordinate efforts with peers to optimize operational efficiency.\n\nThe ideal candidate will demonstrate core competencies such as effective verbal and written communication, relationship management, integrity, prioritization skills, customer orientation, proactive problem-solving, and adaptability in a dynamic environment. This role requires the physical capability to lift heavy items (up to 75 pounds or more), navigate a warehouse environment, and work various shifts including weekends. Technological proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suites is necessary, alongside a valid Florida driver’s license and a clean driving record.
