Job Requirements
- Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug test, background check, and physical ability test
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Available to work full-time including weekends with shifts starting at 6 am until deliveries are complete
- Willingness to work in a non-air-conditioned warehouse environment
- Physical ability for heavy lifting and intermittent standing, bending, and squatting
- Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and promote coordination
- Proactive and customer-oriented mindset
- Basic technology skills including Microsoft Office and Google Suites
- Able to lift heavy objects (75 lbs or more) and work in a warehouse environment
Job Duties
- Deliver and install furniture in customers' homes using proper material handling techniques to prevent damage and/or personal injuries
- Open and inspect products for parts/damages prior to leaving the Distribution Center
- Drive company vehicles safely
- Contact customers to provide a two-hour delivery window
- Load and unload products using proper material handling techniques and equipment
- Communicate with customers and Customer Care Department regarding any unforeseen delivery changes
- Assist in Distribution Center duties as needed
