Job Requirements

  • Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds
  • must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, or alien authorized to work in the U.S.
  • knowledge of temperature-controlled shipping preferred
  • strong attention to detail
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to operate vehicles safely and in compliance with regulations
  • good communication skills
  • willingness to perform varied operational support tasks

Job Qualifications

  • High school education or GED
  • one year of professional delivery driving experience
  • experience in courier or freight industry preferred

Job Duties

  • Review the Cargo Receiving Log daily
  • deliver and recover shipments to and from the airport
  • ensure vehicle security when waiting to tender cargo or during client site pickups
  • check Airway Bills for accuracy
  • review shipment documentation, labeling, and markings
  • prepare Next Flight Out (NFO) shipments
  • replenish dry ice weight and gel packs for temperature-sensitive shipments
  • scan, package, label inbound shipments before final domestic or international tendering
  • maintain vehicle log updates including mileage and TSA compliance inspection
  • perform other duties to support the Operations Team
