The ideal candidate for this position will have a valid Commercial Driver’s License with a hazardous materials endorsement, a medical examiner’s certificate, and the ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting heavy items and operating different types of material handling equipment. Responsibilities extend beyond delivery duties to encompass vehicle maintenance, inventory support through warehouse tasks including mixing and tinting paint orders, and assisting store customers on occasion. Sherwin-Williams values employees who demonstrate reliability, safety-consciousness, and a dedication to customer satisfaction.

Sherwin-Williams places a high priority on creating a supportive workplace that fosters connection, career development, and well-being. Employees benefit from comprehensive health and retirement programs, flexible schedules, and an inclusive team culture committed to making a positive impact in their communities. Compensation is competitive and considers factors such as skills, experience, and certifications. The company emphasizes equal opportunity employment and supports veterans through priority hiring practices.
