We are currently seeking Delivery Drivers and Sandwich Makers to join our energetic and friendly team. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy interacting with customers. Delivery Drivers will be responsible for ensuring that sandwich orders are delivered promptly, safely, and courteously within a designated delivery area. Additionally, when not out on deliveries, drivers will assist in preparing sandwiches, restocking supplies, greeting customers, and keeping the restaurant clean and organized. Our delivery area is tightly focused, covering locations within five minutes of the store, helping the drivers maintain a consistent, manageable schedule and promoting safer delivery conditions. This job offers great flexibility, often suiting part-time schedules such as lunch shifts, making it ideal for students, parents, or anyone seeking supplemental income. Drivers not only take home competitive hourly wages ranging from $16 to $20, including tips, but also receive direct cash payments daily due to our payment process.

As a Delivery Driver and Sandwich Maker, candidates are expected to embody the values of speed, accuracy, and customer service excellence. Responsibilities include verifying orders, handling cash transactions, making sandwiches to company standards, maintaining sanitation and cleanliness, and adhering strictly to established systems and procedures. Physical stamina is essential as the role involves standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing various manual tasks throughout the shift. The role also demands excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to perform well in a collaborative environment.
