A vital part of this team is the Delivery Driver - Helper position based in Sussex, WI. This role is responsible for the physical handling and delivery of beer and liquor products directly to customer accounts. Delivery Helpers at Beer Capitol consistently handle products weighing between 30 to 160 pounds throughout the day and are also responsible for merchandising these products at various accounts to ensure proper stock rotation and presentation.

The position is designed as a full-time role offering a four-day work week from Tuesday through Friday, with start times varying between 5:00 am and 6:00 am and end times between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm. Flexibility in working hours is essential due to seasonal demand changes. Compensation begins at $20.00 per hour, increasing to $22.00 per hour upon obtaining a Class A CDL permit. The role requires a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
