The Delivery Specialist role at Tractor Supply and Petsense is a vital position responsible for ensuring purchased merchandise reaches customers promptly and in excellent condition. This full-time position emphasizes providing Legendary Customer Experience, which means building trusted relationships with customers, offering expert advice, and ensuring safe, timely deliveries. The Delivery Specialist operates delivery vehicles, sometimes pulling trailers, and meticulously manages the loading, unloading, and organization of products to maximize efficiency and maintain product quality. They conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and readiness, maintaining clear records of deliveries and any challenges encountered.
