Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of driving experience
- must be 21 years of age or older
- must meet motor vehicle record (MVR) check requirements
- valid driver's license
- possession of DOT Medical Card as required
- ability to physically lift and move heavy merchandise
- ability to operate delivery vehicle safely and maintain vehicle
- ability to handle delivery equipment including hand trucks, pallet jacks and forklifts
- ability to maintain accurate delivery records
- ability to provide excellent customer service
- flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous truck delivery experience a plus
- experience with hand truck, dolly, pallet jack, and forklift preferred
- must be at least 21 years old
- minimum 3 years of driving experience
- valid driver's license with clean record
- ability to safely operate all related equipment
- strong customer service skills with professional and friendly attitude
- ability to read, write, and count accurately
- ability to use Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Calendar
- excellent time management and communication skills
- ability to navigate using GPS and maps
- flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- ability to successfully complete all required training
- possession of DOT Medical Card as required
Job Duties
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
- ensure timely deliveries meeting or exceeding scheduled delivery times
- operate and maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle and equipment including trailers
- load, unload, and organize products safely and efficiently
- perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- maintain accurate records of deliveries and issues
- communicate effectively with customers providing updates and resolving concerns
- provide exceptional customer service creating a positive experience
- partner with field sales team and store personnel to meet customer needs
- handle products with care to avoid damage
- follow traffic laws and company policies ensuring safe driving
- manage returns, exchanges and customer inquiries
