Delivery Driver (FedEx Ground)

We service routes primarily within and around Columbia, TN, offering reliable and timely delivery solutions. We are currently URGENTLY seeking both full-time and part-time permanent Delivery Drivers to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy the autonomy associated with being on the road, take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, and thrive in fast-paced, independent work environments. Delivery Drivers will operate step vans, ensuring that parcels are delivered safely and efficiently to customers within the designated routes. The job demands physical endurance as drivers will be handling packages weighing up to 150 pounds, often using hand trucks, and will be required to climb stairs and work in various weather conditions.

The position offers competitive daily pay ranging from $180 to $200, depending on experience. Additionally, threshold bonuses are available, encouraging productivity and rewarding performance. New hires will benefit from paid training, which prepares drivers thoroughly before starting their routes. While the role is demanding, the company supports its staff with one week of paid time off after one year of service and provides uniforms to ensure safety and a professional appearance. Weekly pay is conveniently delivered via direct deposit.
