Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older (21 or older to deliver alcohol)
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Have a social security number (US only)
- Access to a smartphone compatible with DoorDash app
- Reliable vehicle, scooter, or bicycle for deliveries
- Pass background check and ID verification
- Ability to lift moderate weight and handle deliveries safely
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license or identification
- Reliable transportation such as a car, scooter, or bicycle (in select cities)
- Basic smartphone proficiency
- Ability to navigate using maps or GPS
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
Job Duties
- Pick up orders from restaurants, grocery stores, or retail outlets
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately to customers
- Use the DoorDash app to accept and manage deliveries
- Maintain communication with customers for smooth delivery experience
- Handle food and products with care to ensure quality
- Follow safety and traffic regulations during deliveries
