The position of Delivery Driver at JORO Logistics is a unique and exciting opportunity designed for experienced, reliable, and dedicated professionals looking to transition from the high-volume stops typical in other jobs to a more manageable range of 25-70 stops per day. Delivery Drivers handle large and heavy parcels weighing between 50 and 300 pounds, which requires strength, stamina, and the ability to use material handling equipment responsibly. As part of the team, drivers operate 16-foot and 24-foot box trucks equipped with the latest technology, ensuring efficient route navigation and timely deliveries.

In this full-time role, drivers play a critical part in delivering packages directly to customers' homes, mobile parks, apartments, and businesses throughout their routes. They are expected to uphold rigorous safety standards both on and off the road, conduct pre- and post-trip truck inspections, and maintain vehicle cleanliness. The work schedule typically involves shifts ranging from 8 to 10 hours a day, beginning between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM, with a minimum commitment of 4 days a week and up to 6 days a week during peak periods. Communication with dispatch and management is continuous to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experience.
