This particular role is for a Delivery Driver position based at Sherwin-Williams Store #3723, located at 1326 Allen St., Allentown, PA. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for delivering products to customers using box and flat-bed trucks, ensuring that all deliveries are complete, safely packed, and accurately delivered to the correct recipient. This role demands a commitment to excellent customer service, timely and safe transportation of goods, and adherence to company protocols and safety regulations. Drivers will interact directly with customers, some of whom may be minors, and handle various types of sensitive items, including cash, electronic payment methods, and store merchandise. Given the nature of this role, candidates will undergo a criminal history review to ensure the safety and security of customers, employees, and company assets.

This role requires candidates to be at least 21 years old, legally authorized to work without sponsorship, and able to communicate effectively in English. Preferred qualifications include previous experience as a delivery driver, familiarity with material handling equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks, knowledge of paint and paint-related products, and bilingual communication skills, especially Spanish.
