No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive paid training to equip you with all the skills necessary for success. Starting pay begins at $18 per hour, with opportunities for pay increases based on performance. The weekly schedule ranges from 36 to 48 hours, spread over 5 to 6 days, with typical start times between 7:30 and 9:00 AM. Drivers typically work 8 to 10-hour routes, navigating designated pickup and delivery routes using handheld devices. This role combines physical activity with the responsibility of maintaining safety standards through daily vehicle inspections and adherence to company safety protocols.

Job Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Able to lift up to 150 lbs with assistance or equipment
- Pass background check, drug test, and DOT physical
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Available to work 36 to 48 hours per week
- Willingness to work 5 to 6 days per week
- Must be able to start mornings between 7:30 and 9:00 AM
Job Qualifications
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and routes accurately
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to operate handheld devices and company vehicles safely
- Previous experience in delivery or logistics is a plus but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Pickup and deliver packages using a company vehicle
- Follow a pickup and delivery route using a handheld device
- Load and organize packages in your truck
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and follow safety procedures
- Adhere to delivery schedules and maintain accurate delivery records
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
- Report any issues or delays promptly to management
