The current opening is for a Route Delivery Driver (Class D) position, ideal for individuals who are calm under pressure, problem-solvers, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate punctuality and reliability. This role is pivotal in ensuring that seafood products are delivered safely and on time to customers, upholding the company's reputation for outstanding service. The employment is immediate, and the pay rate ranges from $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, with the work schedule requiring availability from early mornings Monday through Saturday.

As a Route Delivery Driver, you will operate a Class D refrigerated Bobtail truck, managing pre-assigned delivery routes throughout the Phoenix area. Your responsibilities include performing daily vehicle inspections pre-trip and post-trip to guarantee safety and reporting any mechanical issues to the Lead Driver or Supervisor. You will handle both loading and unloading of merchandise, ensuring accuracy by completing manifests correctly. Physical ability to lift, push, or pull weights up to 75 lbs is necessary, reflecting the active, hands-on nature of the role.

Customer interaction is a key aspect of this position, requiring professional demeanor and a customer service-oriented approach when resolving issues or addressing inquiries. Though prior food delivery experience is preferred, it is not mandatory, as training and provided equipment, including new uniforms, are part of the onboarding process. To qualify, candidates must have a valid driver’s license and medical card, a clean DMV record for the last three years, and a minimum of two years’ experience driving delivery routes using Bobtail trucks or 26-foot vehicles or smaller.
