The role of Local Delivery Driver at Frank B. Fuhrer Wholesale's South Side, Pittsburgh location offers a fantastic opportunity for those seeking a rewarding career with excellent work-life balance. The position is especially suited for individuals who want to be home every night with weekends off, enjoy a predictable and manageable schedule, and earn competitive pay with overtime opportunities. Starting between 5am and 7:45am, this full-time, Monday through Friday role involves delivering beer products to various customers throughout the region. Employees receive $30 per hour, with overtime paid after 8 hours, translating to a potential $62,400 annual salary based on 40 hours per week. Drivers operate in strict compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company safety rules. The job requires transporting and delivering products efficiently while managing unloading tasks and product rotation at customer sites. This role demands physical stamina, as drivers frequently handle products weighing up to 50 lbs and maneuver heavier items using hand trucks. Candidates should be prepared for a dynamic and active work environment, with each day presenting new challenges and the opportunity to stay physically fit.

In addition to competitive pay and a supportive schedule, employees enjoy unique perks such as complimentary beer throughout the year, including non-alcoholic options for underage team members.
