The job offers competitive compensation starting at $25 per hour during training, with a unique pay structure post-training that compensates per stop, load, and mile. Most first-year drivers earn up to $85,000 annually. The schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, beginning at 2:00 AM, with shifts typically lasting 10 to 12 hours.
