As a Commercial Driver, you will be entrusted with the operational responsibility of delivering trailers according to a predetermined route schedule, adhering strictly to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, and maintaining company safety standards. The role extends beyond driving to include performing mandatory safety inspections before and after trips, reporting any repair or safety issues, and securely handling freight to ensure it is correctly loaded and secured. You will manage route paperwork, perform hook/unhook procedures, park and store equipment securely, and handle damaged goods and customer returns efficiently.

The pay structure includes training pay at $23.50 per hour, with compensation based on stops, loads, and miles once training is completed.
