Interactions with customers involve obtaining proper signatures, managing payment collections when required, and addressing any customer service issues promptly and effectively. Additionally, drivers are tasked with routine maintenance of the equipment and work areas to ensure clean and safe operations. The company also emphasizes teamwork and expects drivers to assist in various duties as assigned to best serve organizational goals.
