Key elements of the role include managing the accountability for equipment used on assigned routes, ensuring proper product rotation using the company’s color code system, and maintaining package integrity and quality standards. The role also requires the individual to become knowledgeable about product freshness, code dates, shelf life, pricing structures, promotions, and company goals.
