Located in Louisville, KY, Millcraft is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Delivery Driver with a Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL-B). This position is essential to Millcraft's supply chain operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely transport of goods to customers. The Delivery Driver reports directly to the Operations Manager and plays a critical role in upholding Millcraft's reputation for reliability and customer service.

The company offers a $1500 sign-on bonus to qualified new hires, underlining their commitment to attracting experienced and dedicated drivers who share their values and commitment to safety. This full-time role entails operating semi-trucks or box trucks along designated routes, handling cargo with care, utilizing advanced warehouse management tools like RF scanners, and ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and DOT regulations.

Responsibilities include verifying loads for accuracy, conducting pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, and maintaining an excellent safety record. The role requires physical stamina to lift and move items weighing at least 70 pounds and perform duties in various weather conditions. Drivers must also exhibit a strong work ethic, clear communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and customers alike.
