The role of Delivery Driver at Core-Mark is an essential position within the food supply chain, primarily serving the Long Island area and based out of Farmingdale, NY. This is a local driving position with five-day workweeks, starting early mornings between 3:00 AM and 7:00 AM. The average annual earnings range from $80,000 to over $100,000, varying based on performance, with the potential for further discussion during the hiring process. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • minimum 6 months commercial driving experience
  • valid CDL-A license
  • minimum 21 years of age
  • meet all state licensing and certification requirements
  • clean motor vehicle report for past 3 years
  • pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
  • pass road test
  • attain or able to secure current DOT Health Card
  • ability to hand-lift and use equipment to move and stack freight weighing 10 to 90 pounds

Job Duties

  • drive tractor trailer or straight truck on local and over-the-road routes
