Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Five plus years driving experience
- One plus years customer service, retail, sales, or service industry experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read, understand and interpret sales figures, discounts, and margins
- Smartphone proficiency
- Current DOT physical
- Ability to routinely lift 35 to 75 pounds and occasionally handle items up to 165 pounds with assistance
- Must hold a current valid driver's license that meets insurance requirements
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Five plus years driving experience
- One plus years customer service, retail, sales, or service industry experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interpret sales figures, discounts, and margins
- Smartphone proficiency for mobile applications
- Current DOT physical required
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook (preferred)
- Knowledge of sales applications within ERP software such as Encompass (preferred)
- Experience in the distribution industry (preferred)
- Two plus years customer service, retail, sales, or service industry experience (preferred)
Job Duties
- Adhere to all company policies and state and federal regulations
- Project a positive image consistent with company expectations
- Physically count truck inventory each morning and compare with load sheet
- Maintain best in class overall market appearance
- Fill display and cooler, rotate truck to display, display to shelf
- Build creative displays
- Deliver product orders as written to designated retail accounts
- Perform all rotation, stocking and merchandising delivery functions
- Maintain company assigned equipment and vehicles
- Comply with quality assurance guidelines and company policies
- Follow all associate handbook requirements
- Build rapport with clients
- Complete all assigned training in a timely manner
- Demonstrate flexibility with work hours
