Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Timely deliveries between culinary center and retail locations and/or airport
- timely delivery of wholesale products to local accounts with hero-level hospitality and professionalism
- adhere to proper food handling and storage regulations while delivering
- manage orderly loading and unloading process while keeping van and contents secure
- comfortable driving in all weather conditions and able to manage snow removal when applicable
- effectively communicate and work with multiple departments to ensure all items are properly loaded, transported, and unloaded
- manage all appropriate paperwork for transfer of products
- maintain vans including gas, washing, cleaning, noting incidents or mechanical issues
- think critically on the go to meet delivery deadlines
- consistently deliver the highest quality product demonstrating integrity in process and technique
- responsible for department security and safety
- monitor and maintain a maniacally clean and sanitary work environment
- work with culinary director to monitor equipment ensuring good working order and timely maintenance
- maintain professional and open communication with crew members
- develop and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, staff, and crew members
- thoughtfully consider advice and cooperate with recommendations to improve operations and financial results
- follow all health department standards, guidelines, and regulations
- handle inherent work stress professionally and positively
