Job Requirements
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- CDL Class C preferred but not required
- Ability to obtain and maintain DOT Medical Card
- 1-3 years customer-facing experience
- Ability to lift and carry 75 lbs unassisted regularly
- Excellent communication and invoicing skills
- Proficiency with hand truck and small power tools
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening, physical, background check, and motor vehicle record check
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, overtime, and travel
- Ability to sign nondisclosure agreements
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification when required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- 1-3 years of successful experience in customer-facing roles
- Valid state-issued driver’s license

- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in using a hand truck and basic furniture assembly
- Ability to safely operate small power tools
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification when required
- Ability to complete pre-employment screenings including drug test, physical exam, background check, and motor vehicle record check
Job Duties
- Be the face of our brand to customers for in-home and on-site furniture delivery and assembly
- Deliver exceptional customer service and experience
- Act as the Brand Ambassador while on the road and during deliveries
- Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient service while delivering high-quality products
- Be proactive to bring solutions including furniture assembly or repairs and other added value services
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge
- Drive large box trucks safely and courteously while following all traffic laws and company safety procedures
- Maintain a timely delivery schedule and communicate with customers to confirm delivery details
- Inspect delivery vehicles pre and post trip to ensure all vehicles are in top condition
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and records while complying with DOT regulations
- Guarantee safe and professional transport and delivery of products
- Safely load and unload merchandise ensuring perfect condition
- Assemble furniture, affix tickets, and prepare merchandise in the delivery staging area
- Review and verify invoices and purchase requests for accuracy
- Maintain an accurate inventory for efficient merchandise flow
- Remove all packaging materials and debris ensuring a clean delivery
- Assist with showroom changes, tagging merchandise, and maintaining displays
- Greet clients and answer phones promptly and professionally
- May require occasional long-distance driving with overnight stays
- Perform other duties or special projects when assigned
