Job Requirements
- Able to bend to floor-level shelves and reach up to eight feet with use of stool or ladder
- Able to stand and walk for entire work shift
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise
- Able to handle cash and charge transactions correctly
- Maintaining a distribution log or tracking system
- Inspecting and protecting company assets including merchandise, vehicles, building, and people
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with cash and charge transactions
- Ability to handle core or part returns appropriately
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Ability to drive throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships with customers
- Picking up parts from multiple vendors
- Ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintaining or checking inventory
- Consistently focusing on safety while driving and delivering parts
- Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador when meeting customers during deliveries
- Building long-term relationships with customers
- Maintaining store delivery truck through adherence to safety checklists, ensuring vehicle is clean, and performing basic maintenance such as checking tire pressure
