The Team Member position involves not only delivering products by car but also undertaking essential promotional activities, such as distributing flyers and door hangers to boost local awareness and customer engagement. Team Members will be entrusted with navigating designated delivery areas effectively and efficiently, requiring a strong sense of direction and physical stamina. The role demands the ability to carry pizzas and beverages during walking and climbing tasks while maneuvering through various terrains, including multi-story buildings and private residences. Physical demands are significant, as the position requires walking between the store, delivery vehicle, and customer locations, as well as climbing stairs—sometimes five or more flights. Drivers must be prepared for diverse weather conditions that can affect delivery schedules and safety. Visual acuity is critical for safe driving, including far and night vision capabilities. Daily vehicle inspection, especially tire condition, and general vehicle maintenance are part of the responsibilities to ensure safe and reliable operation.
