Job Requirements
- Be no less than eighteen years of age
- Have two years driving experience
- Possess a valid state driving license
- Have use of a properly maintained, licensed and street-legal vehicle
- Maintain minimal or higher insurance coverage as mandated by state law
- Ability to pass Company Motor Vehicle Report and background checks
- Possess a cell phone for calling customers
- Be capable of reading maps, locating addresses and interpreting GPS directions
- Navigate various terrains including multi-story buildings and private homes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superb ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to adjust to changing priorities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid state driving license
- Two years of driving experience
- Ability to read maps and use GPS
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Skills to handle money accurately
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be capable of adapting to fast-paced environments
Job Duties
- Makes deliveries of pizza and other items to residential and commercial locations on assigned routes
- Inspects vehicle before deliveries
- Reviews deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs
- Maintains high standards of customer service during high-volume, fast-paced operations
- Communicates clearly and positively with management and team members
- Provides excellent customer service to encourage repeat customers, delivering professionally and promptly
- Maintains ongoing communication with store and dispatcher to prioritize efficient routing
- Handles currency and credit transactions quickly and accurately
- Follows procedures for safe food preparation, assembly and presentation
- Builds loyal customers through friendly interactions and consistent appreciation
- Resolves complaints promptly and professionally
- Takes initiative to find extra tasks when scheduled duties are complete
- Assembles and folds boxes
- Affixes labels and promotional materials as needed
- Assists with prep
- Reads order slips or receives verbal instructions to prepare order according to specifications, often making several different orders simultaneously
- Cleans, stocks and restocks work stations and display cases
- Adheres with all quality standards, principles, guidelines and policies
- Performs other duties as assigned
