Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must pass a motor vehicle report check
- Must provide valid proof of vehicle insurance in own name
- Must use personal vehicle for deliveries
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in delivery or customer service roles preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate a personal vehicle safely
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to food safety and customer satisfaction
Job Duties
- Ensure on-time and accurate delivery of catering orders
- Coordinate with team members to maintain delivery and take-out accuracy
- Uphold food safety standards during transport and delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions
- Manage vehicle maintenance and paperwork such as insurance and driver’s license
- Follow traffic laws and company policies while driving
- Assist with setup and packaging of catering orders as needed
