This is a position offering hourly base pay starting at $21.75 and the opportunity to earn up to an additional $400 per month through a Monthly Incentive Program. Employees receive a 'Gift of Sleep' which is a free Sleep Number bed, work in climate-controlled trucks, and participate in paid on-the-job training within a supportive team environment.
