As a Delivery Associate at Matrix Logistics, LLC, you will be the face of the company in the communities you serve. This role involves safely operating a company vehicle and executing timely deliveries while ensuring packages reach customers in perfect condition. You will follow designated routes and use handheld devices for navigation and delivery management, showcasing strong organizational and time-management skills. Flexibility in scheduling is a key component, with shifts available seven days a week, typically from 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM, accommodating both full-time and part-time work preferences.

The ideal candidate is expected to physically handle packages up to 50 pounds and navigate various route conditions, including different weather scenarios and physical demands such as walking stairs and entering/exiting the delivery van repeatedly throughout the shift. Customer obsession is a fundamental value for this position, requiring a friendly, professional demeanor to deliver not just packages, but smiles and excellent customer experiences on every delivery.
