The position available is for a Delivery Driver based at the Richardson, TX facility. This role is critical for ensuring timely and safe transportation of Hunter Douglas products within a 250-mile radius. Responsibilities include the operation of commercial 40-foot Gooseneck Trailers pulled by Dodge Ram 3500 trucks, maintaining vehicle compliance with all DOT and transportation regulations, and providing physical assistance with unloading products that may exceed 60 pounds. Successful candidates will communicate effectively with company dealers to coordinate delivery timings, optimize routes and schedules, and handle vehicle documentation and maintenance coordination. The role demands physical stamina, regulatory knowledge, and adherence to safety protocols. Moreover, this position involves regular travel, averaging four nights away from home per week, with lodging covered to ensure comfort.
