Job Duties
- Perform pre-delivery vehicle preparation
- learn the delivery area
- check orders for quality and accuracy
- follow proper delivery procedures
- provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone
- act with a sense of urgency in all tasks
- perform other assigned workstation duties including making quality products, preparing ingredients and taking orders
- work as part of a team and assist others by being on time for shifts, supporting other workstations, and completing closing duties including cleaning
- comply with uniform and appearance standards
- enhance teamwork and an enjoyable work atmosphere
- accurately process order paperwork and payment transactions
- execute cash management duties
- use the FOCUS System
- support sales efforts by suggestive selling and distributing door hangers
- maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas
- comply with safety and security standards at all times
