We are currently seeking a full-time Driver to join our Boise Seafood Distribution Center team. This driving position plays a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their seafood orders on time, in excellent condition, and with friendly professional service. The role is well-suited for individuals with a passion for driving, excellent customer interaction skills, and a desire to contribute to a thriving local company. The job involves local deliveries only, meaning you will return home at the end of each shift, an attractive feature for those seeking work-life balance. The driver will also assist with warehouse duties when not out on delivery routes. This role offers a competitive starting pay range of $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, along with safety incentives designed to reward careful and responsible driving.

The responsibilities include loading seafood onto trucks, verifying product accuracy against delivery paperwork, maintaining vehicle safety and cleanliness standards, handling freight charges such as CODs and outstanding bills during deliveries, and managing any product returns according to company policy. Drivers are expected to perform daily pre-trip vehicle inspections, maintain truck fluid levels, and communicate effectively with supervisors regarding any delivery discrepancies or customer feedback. Because CDL is not required, this opportunity is accessible to many drivers, though prior driving experience is preferred. The company supports cross-training on various delivery routes to promote flexibility and growth within the role.
