The company is dedicated to representing its brand professionally at all times and providing outstanding customer service to its clients. This delivery-focused organization emphasizes safety, technical expertise, and professionalism while encouraging teamwork and motivation among its employees. Maintaining secure, efficient, and effective delivery operations is key to the company’s business model, which relies on well-trained drivers to represent it on the front lines. The environment demands considerable physical effort and constant alertness, well-managed by team members who embrace company values and goals.
The role of the Delivery Driver is pivotal to the company’s operational success. This full-time position involves delivering, merchandising, and servicing accounts along an assigned route while upholding the product quality and promoting a safe work environment. A Delivery Driver in this capacity acts as the company's ambassador, interacting professionally with customers and consistently providing excellent service. The job requires certification and familiarity with various delivery equipment, including pallet jacks, docks, dock-levelers, trucks, and trailers, all operated under company and OSHA standards. Drivers must maintain friendly relationships with account personnel and communicate effectively to resolve customer issues, capitalize on opportunities, and stay aware of competitive activity in the market.
A Delivery Driver is responsible not only for transporting and delivering product but also for ensuring proper merchandising and restocking according to company rotation standards. Tasks include preparing invoices, collecting payments, completing transaction records, and coordinating with store managers to follow store policies. Drivers must maintain clean and safe equipment, complete daily inspections, and may occasionally transport merchandise between company locations and from suppliers as assigned. The role requires adherence to safety policies, company dress codes, and relevant laws. Active participation in company meetings and functions is expected, fostering ongoing professional development and team cohesion.

The job demands continuous mental and visual attention, operating under potentially undesirable working conditions such as exposure to noise, dust, heat, oils, and fumes. Candidates must hold a CDL-A license, an ABC Beer permit, and maintain a driving record within the company’s driving policy framework. Those who are motivated, professional, safety-conscious, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills will excel in this role. The position offers a meaningful career opportunity with growth potential within a supportive and safety-focused company environment.
