At 336 Express, we believe in rewarding hard work and commitment through a comprehensive bonus program that recognizes tenure, certification achievements, performance, efficiency, and teamwork. Starting pay is $20.50 per hour with opportunities to earn significantly more through monthly bonuses, including tenure bonuses, Department of Transportation (DOT) certification bonuses, performance rewards, efficiency incentives, and rescue bonuses whenever you assist a fellow team member. Some drivers earn between $25 and $30 per hour when factoring in bonuses, reflecting our dedication to fair compensation.

Work shifts typically begin at 10am and continue until the delivery route is completed, often around 8pm. This flexible schedule allows drivers to work a full 40-hour week across four days and enjoy three full days off. Additionally, part-time positions are available for those seeking fewer workdays.

As a Delivery Driver with 336 Express, you will be responsible for handling 200 to 300 packages daily. We utilize a fleet of modern vehicles, including new electric vans equipped with advanced features such as heated and cooled seats, automatic doors, 360-degree cameras, ergonomic seating, and large navigation screens, designed to enhance your comfort and safety. You will become a delivery hero in the communities you serve by ensuring timely, accurate, and friendly delivery service.

This role offers independence and variety. You will spend much of your day on the road, delivering smiles to customers while staying active by walking to doorsteps to drop off packages. Working outdoors means you avoid the monotony of office work and instead experience the satisfaction of completing physical, meaningful tasks. The work environment is fast-paced yet supportive, with a team culture that values communication, collaboration, and mutual respect.

While the job offers many positives, it’s important to consider the physical demands and weather challenges you may face. Drivers walk 10 to 15 miles per day, often in short bursts, and packages weigh up to 50 pounds. Deliveries are made rain, heat, or cold, so resilience and dependability are key traits for success. Attendance and punctuality are critical as the team relies on each member’s presence to operate smoothly.
