Job Description
NAPA Integrated Business Solutions (IBS) is a leading division of the NAPA brand, specializing in managing parts departments for businesses that require on-site parts management solutions. As part of the Fortune 200 landscape, NAPA IBS operates as a 'store inside a store' model, providing expert supply chain management, parts inventory control, and customer care services across various industries including airlines, government vehicle maintenance, utilities, construction, automotive dealerships, and more. This division emphasizes operational efficiency to help its partners maintain streamlined parts departments, optimizing both customer satisfaction and business bottom lines. With a strong reputation in the industry, NAPA IBS offers a stable and supportive work environment that values innovation, agility, and a family-like atmosphere.
The role of an IBS Delivery Driver at NAPA is an exciting opportunity for individuals who prefer working independently and enjoy being outdoors rather than confined to an office or store setting. This full-time position is designed for candidates who take pride in providing exceptional customer service directly during deliveries while ensuring efficiency and safety on the road. An IBS Delivery Driver is not only responsible for delivering parts promptly and accurately to customers but also acts as a brand ambassador for NAPA, fostering long-term relationships and enhancing customer experiences. This role offers career flexibility, welcoming those seeking a lifelong driving career, exploring new opportunities within the company, or simply earning extra income. At an hourly pay rate of $20.00 with potential pay progression, this position supports a rewarding career path complemented by extensive benefits.
Drivers will engage in multiple tasks such as picking up parts from various vendors, maintaining accurate stockroom inventories, and ensuring the delivery vehicle is in excellent condition through routine maintenance and adherence to safety protocols. The environment is fast-paced, dynamic, and customer-focused, where safety is paramount and no two days are the same. Ideal candidates thrive on constant activity and enjoy collaborating with a team while maintaining a high degree of independence. Flexibility in schedules is offered to accommodate students, retirees, and anyone requiring adaptive work hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
NAPA IBS fosters a culture of growth, offering staff opportunities for professional development, multiple career paths, and support from leadership. Employees benefit from comprehensive health plans, retirement savings options, and a variety of additional perks such as tuition reimbursement and wellness programs. Joining this team means becoming part of a company known for stability, family culture, and an unparalleled commitment to quality and service excellence in the parts management industry.
