The Delivery Driver position is an essential role within Staples' supply chain operations. The role requires a full-time commitment, Monday through Friday, from 7:15 am to 3:45 pm. Delivery Drivers are responsible for transporting and delivering office products safely and efficiently along assigned routes. They play a crucial role in maintaining Staples' brand reputation, acting as the company's ambassador on the road by providing outstanding customer service and support. The job entails occasionally loading trucks, organizing delivery manifests to maximize route efficiency, and ensuring vehicle cleanliness and safety through routine inspections. Delivery Drivers are expected to manage customer interactions professionally, handle product returns, and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer experience. The role demands adherence to all safety protocols and a proactive approach towards fostering a culture of safety within the team. Compensation for this position ranges from $24.80 to $27.05 per hour, with opportunities for additional earnings through a safety incentive program.
