Delivery Driver

This role is part-time with short shifts ranging between 1 to 3 hours per day, mostly around lunchtime, totaling approximately 10 hours per week. Pay ranges from $20 to $30 per hour, reflecting the value Moe's places on its delivery team members who uphold the company’s standards on the road and in customer interactions.

As a Moe's Delivery Driver, you will be responsible not only for delivering catering orders but also for assembling and preparing them accurately. This position requires a dynamic individual able to quickly adapt to multiple operational tasks including packaging food and products and operating company-owned vehicles responsibly. You must maintain excellent time management skills, exhibit professionalism by maintaining a neat appearance, and follow food safety procedures diligently. A good driving record is essential, as you will be the face of Moe's while driving through various delivery routes, ensuring all traffic laws are respected and problems with deliveries are identified and resolved efficiently.

The working conditions include some physical demands such as prolonged standing, bending, lifting heavy items up to 50 pounds, and managing both hot and cold restaurant equipment safely. You will work closely under the guidance of Catering Sales Managers and various management roles to consistently meet performance objectives and uphold Sterling Restaurants’ high standards.
