The available position is for a full-time, onsite Delivery Driver role, offering competitive pay ranging from $20 to $30 per hour depending on experience. In this position, you will conduct daily safety inspections of your delivery vehicle to guarantee operational safety and report any necessary repairs promptly. You will manage your delivery route by reviewing your manifest, loading your truck accordingly, and completing deliveries while following all federal and state regulations along with company policies. The role demands adherence to established delivery standards aimed at balancing safety, customer service, and productivity.

Customer interaction is a critical component of this role. You'll be expected to maintain a professional demeanor when engaging with customers, respecting their property and communicating proactively with dispatchers and routing specialists to resolve any delivery challenges. Team collaboration is encouraged through active participation in team meetings and maintaining a neat, professional appearance representing Bourne's Energy with pride.

Additionally, the role includes technical responsibilities such as using the Raven handheld device, priming furnaces, conducting leak tests, and lighting pilots for out-of-fuel customers. You'll also be required to participate in night and weekend on-call rotations, ensuring that customers receive uninterrupted service. Maintaining an organized and well-stocked delivery truck with all necessary tools and safety equipment is another key aspect of the role.
