The company is currently seeking motivated and reliable Delivery Drivers to join their team. Delivery Drivers at JS Fort Group, Inc. regularly earn $25 or more per hour, which includes hourly wage, tips, and a driver maintenance reimbursement (DMR). This position offers flexible shift hours, with options to work as short as 11am-2pm or cover both lunch and dinner shifts, making it an ideal job for those looking to fit work into their own schedules. Drivers are paid their tips and DMR on a daily basis, further incentivizing excellent service and efficient delivery.

A Jimmy John’s Delivery Driver’s primary mission is to ensure customers receive their sandwiches as quickly and accurately as possible. This involves learning the most efficient routes, triple-checking orders to ensure completeness, and hustling safely within traffic laws. When not on delivery, drivers assist inside the store with preparing sandwiches, taking orders, and maintaining cleanliness. This combination of delivery and in-store responsibilities requires a customer-service-oriented attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
